For Tengella, transparency regarding the processing of personal data is important, as well as respecting and safeguarding individuals' right to privacy.
This privacy notice aims to describe how Tengella processes your personal data and to inform you as a data subject about our processing of your personal data in connection with our promotional e-mail communications.
The purposes and legal basis of the respective processing
The purpose of the processing is to disseminate news about the Tengella business system and industry news in industries where Tengella operates to customers and potential customers. Tengella needs to process name, e-mail address, telephone number and company name to send digital newsletters. It is also a marketing purpose. The legal basis for the processing is the balance of interests in the GDPR. As it is completely insensitive personal data, it is assessed that the interest of achieving the purposes outweighs the data subject's right to privacy.

Personal data has been collected directly from you as a data subject, third parties or your employer's official website where you as a data subject are employed.
Recipients of your personal data
Your personal data may be transferred to subcontractors of Tengella who process your personal data on behalf of Tengella. Tengella has entered into agreements with such suppliers to ensure a high level of protection and correct processing of your personal data.
