Tengella's Online Booking is a smart plug & play sales flow for your customers to easily make both quotes & direct bookings on your website.

This flexible online booking service allows for increased sales as well as efficient and minimal administration for online bookings.

Online booking gives you access to a revenue-generating tool that easily enables you to create customer-unique quote and booking flows that can be customized to your business and market offering.

The service also helps your company to expand your lead register with highly interesting prospects, who are genuinely interested in cleaning services, to contact and process further.

Online booking is directly integrated with Tengella for minimal booking administration. In addition to securing customer and project cards in Tengella when the customer confirms an online booking, a Work Order is also created automatically. This is done based on the customer's information validated at the time of booking confirmation with BankID.

The booking is created as an assignment in Tengella with the customer's time and day preference noted, ready for you to staff. Billing documents are also automatically created based on the information from the online booking.

As a user of the Online Booking System, you will also receive an email with links to customer cards and online orders for easy follow-up so that no bookings or quote requests can be missed.

The online booking is a proprietary system, which allows companies without Tengella to use the service on their website.
