It is therefore a highly appreciated service to be able to offer its private customers to receive their invoice through Kivra as the customer can collect everything in one place digitally.  

Your customer is notified that they have received an invoice from you in Kivra, the customer logs in with Mobile BankID and pays their invoice directly in the app. Tengella automatically recognizes which of your customers are connected to Kivra and those who are not will automatically receive their invoice by letter instead through our Printing Service (A-mail or B-mail).
