With Tengella's web-based customer portal, you give your customers the opportunity to exchange information with you digitally in real time. The customer portal can thus both relieve your customer support and reduce administration as the information is made available automatically to the customer digitally regardless of device or time. You can either choose to link customers to the customer portal or embed the portal in your own website for easy access.
The design and function of the portal can easily be adapted to each customer's individual needs, for example, you can link to logos and so-called "CSS files" to be able to control the appearance of the portal to some extent.
You also have the option to enable two-way communication through Tengella's case management.
The following features are examples of what you can choose to enable for your customers in the customer portal:
- View invoices
- See stampings - see stampings performed on the customer's schematics with the help of Tengellas mobile receipt
- See upcoming schedule events - see planned events, which service and staff are planned.
- Notifying a break - possibility to send a customer message that ends up in Tengella where you can view it.
- Request for quote/extra job - as above, a customer message for quote/extra job can be sent to Tengella.
- Report a discrepancy - the customer can report a discrepancy, which ends up directly in your discrepancy register with the help of Tengellas deviation management
- View deviations - the customer can view registered deviations with status, description and action with the possibility to print and download the deviation.
- See quality checks - The customer has the possibility to see the work done quality controls
