For businesses that work on a blueprint basis, Tengella CleanFlow offers a powerful visual overview. Drawings can be easily uploaded so that cleaners can see which rooms are included, how they are connected and in what order the work should be done during the shift. When working in teams, it shows in real time what colleagues have already done, creating transparency and workflow.

Flexibility even without drawings

On smaller sites - or when drawings are not available - the organization can work without visual documentation and still take full advantage of Tengella CleanFlow's checklists, clear assignments and well-structured planning.

CleanFlow consists of two tightly integrated services, Calculation and the Premises Drawing Module. Tengellas Calculation underpins the whole approach and is used to define rooms, cleaning operations and time requirements and forms the basis for scheduling.

The drawing module builds on this by linking the calculation directly to room drawings, which provides a clear visual structure, with listed checkable work steps, and thus a full overview in the daily work.
