Drawings can be easily uploaded so that cleaners can see which rooms are included, how they are connected and in what order the work should be done during the shift. CleanFlow consists of two tightly integrated services, Calculation and the Premises Drawing Module. Tengellas Calculation underpins the whole approach and is used to define rooms, cleaning operations and time requirements and forms the basis for scheduling.

The drawing module builds on this by linking the calculation directly to room drawings, which provides a clear visual structure, with listed checkable work steps, and thus a full overview in the daily work.
