Tengella is a full-service provider of business system solutions for cleaning and service companies with a focus on profitable scheduling.
Our vision is to digitize the cleaning industry and, through this, make companies in the cleaning and service industry more profitable.

Since its inception in 2006, we have focused on service-oriented business and in 2013 we launched Tengella, a complete cloud-based business system.

With over 400 customers, Tengella is today a market-leading supplier of mission-critical business systems for the cleaning and service industry.

The name Tengella is based on the name of a genus of spiders, with the aim that the ERP system should be the hub and spider in the web of business success.

We are a privately owned business consisting of two companies. Tengella AB is the parent company that acts as a customer owner and consulting company. The sister company Tengella Systems AB is the system owner of the product.

We are a stable company with the highest credit rating that acts as a long-term partner by working closely with our customers on everything from needs, product development, implementation, training and product support.

The entire operation is stationed at our office in central Gävle to support and assist all customers throughout Sweden.
