In Branschnytt issue 11 we have made a report with The Storm Thrive Group where we interviewed CEO Jesper Ekblad. Here you as a reader can take part in Jesper's thoughts on success factors in the businesses and how he sees the cleaning industry in the future.

Stormtrivsgruppen is a group of companies with more than 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry, owned by the privately held investment company House invest. Today, the Stormtrivs Group has a turnover of approximately SEK 175 million and consists of seven companies with a varied range of services, located in southern Sweden, with offices in Jönköping, Linköping, Borås, Nässjö and Ulricehamn.

What overall benefits does the Stormtrivs group see in using Tengella in all company?

As a group of companies, we work with common concepts for both processes and governance in all our companies. Since all subsidiaries use Tengella, this means that the companies can be monitored in a similar way, while
that the companies have the same working methods and can pursue development issues together, which we see as the biggest advantage. The availability of various forms of key figures and information is therefore among the most valuable tools in Tengella, as it is important that all companies understand their operations and make full use of the information Tengella provides. For us, it has therefore also been important that Tengella, as a system supplier, constantly reviews our needs in our continuous work to make the information we request more easily accessible, says Jesper.

"Tengella brings together so many business-critical functions in one system"

Which features of Tengella do you think have added the most value for the individual businesses?

For our subsidiaries, the biggest benefit has been the holistic approach rather than individual functions, as Tengella brings together so many business-critical functions in one system. This has enabled each company to run their entire operations and customer journey, from prospecting to scheduling and billing, under one roof. Using Tengella's customer templates and invoice settings, we have also been able to create templates for different subscription types, which facilitates and saves a lot of time by streamlining the process from customer registration to invoicing, says Jesper.

What advantages do you see with Tengella's Online Booking? both from a customer and business perspective?

We see that online booking will be an important part as an additional way to bring in new assignments and customers. As a cleaning company, we need to be easily accessible and contribute with a flexibility for the customer that facilitates their booking process. Most customers today are used to working digitally and placing orders via apps, which requires that it should be easy and smooth for the customer to use Online Booking. Since Online Booking can also be integrated into Tengella's business system, our hope is that the service will contribute to a great deal of time savings, as there is otherwise some manual work in connection with a new customer or new booking, says Jesper.

"The availability of various forms of key figures and information is among the most valuable tools in Tengella."

How do you see the market and the development of industry going forward, and how will you at Stormtrivsgruppen respond to this?

We predict growth in the cleaning industry, where both companies and private individuals will buy more services to a greater extent than now. Stormtrivsgruppen and our owners, Huset invest, have an aggressive growth agenda based on both organic growth and acquisitions of other companies. As part of this, we will also broaden our offering with related services to increase value for customers. We also see that both AI and other forms of digitization and automation will have a major impact on the industry going forward, Jesper concludes.
