Scheduling

Our scheduling feature has been developed together with the cleaning and service industry to meet your daily challenges. All changes are updated in the staff's mobile app, and each schedule is also linked to the staff's timesheet to ensure that both the invoice to the customer and the staff's payroll are correct.

Mobile App

Through our mobile app, you ensure that your staff always have an updated schedule in real time with all the information they need about both the customer and the assignment. In the mobile app, staff can, for example, report time discrepancies, apply for a leave of absence, see their key task list and much more.

Time Reporting

With our time reporting feature, you can verify in one location that the correct number of hours for both the customer's invoice and the staff's payroll are correct. Tengella's time reporting feature is thus a highly important control hub for maintaining the profitability of the business and highlighting any time discrepancies on completed assignments.

Payroll preparation

Based on the employment contract, any collective agreements and salary rules, Tengella will create salary data for each employee every month. In these, the number of hours are compiled based on the time in the schedule, which includes wage types for both absences and any additional time, overtime and inconvenient working time.

Invoicing

To get an efficient workflow, Tengella has a complete invoicing and accounts receivable function so that you can quickly and easily create and distribute invoices as well as handle payments, reminders and RUT & ROT deductions.

Quality Assurance
